How to post a job on Vimage Builder?

Posting a job on Vimage Builder is easy. Posting a job typically takes about 15 minutes Jobs posted on Vimage Builder are accessible to candidates from both desktop computers and mobile devices.

Step 1: Click On “Post a Job” tab

On Desktop there are 2 ways to post a job

1. When posting a job for the first time you can click the “Post A Job" in the side navigation panel to open an employer account, from which you can post a new job at any time.

OR

2. When posting a job for the first time you can click on the Post a Job” button in the middle of the dashboard to open an employer account, from which you can post a new job at any time.

On Mobile there are 3 ways to post a job.

1. When posting a job for the first time you can click on the 3 lines (Navigation menu) and click on “Post A Job” to open an employer account from which you can post a new job any time.

OR

2. When posting a job for the first time you can click on the Post a Job” button in the middle of the dashboard to open an employer account, from which you can post a new job at any time.

OR

3. When posting a job for the first time you can click the “Post Job” icon in the bottom/footer of the screen to open an employer account, from which you can post a job any time.

Step 2: Enter the details of your job

After clicking on “Post A Job” start by putting your company info and your name and then answer simple, step-by-step questions. The info you provide for each question will add up to a comprehensive job post that helps you reach great candidates.

Add a clear, concise title as well as location details of your job. If your ideal candidate needs to have certain experience, credentials or skills, you can specify these as Job Requirements. Requirements can include, years of specific experience, education level. Certificate or license and language proficiency

Step 3: Create Job Description Video

Create a compelling job description video that summarizes the essential responsibilities, activities, qualifications and skills for a role. A job description video should include important company details — company mission, culture and any benefits it provides to employees. It may also specify to whom the position reports and salary range.

An effective job description video will provide enough detail for candidates to determine if they’re qualified for the position.If you do not wish to create a job description video you can opt to create a textual job description.

It is simple and easy follow these steps to create a job description video

1. Click on “+Create New Video” text.
2. Select Upload Video OR Record Video.
   1. If you already have a recorded video that you would like to use then go ahead and click on Upload Video.
   2. If you do not have a video, you can create one right here by simply clicking on “Record Video” ( Make sure your device has access to the camera and microphone) Once you click on “Record Video” you should be able to see yourself on the screen
3. Click on “Start Recording ( wait for countdown)
4. After you are done Click Finish Recording
5. Click on “Retake’ if you are not happy or can click “Finalize” if you are happy.
6. Name your video
7. Select thumbnail
8. Click Save

Step 4: Select Notification, Email And Text Alert Preferences

Choose the email address and phone number to which applicant resumes will be sent.

Step 5: Preview & Post Job

Preview your job post to see if everything looks good. Close the preview and click on “Post My Job”
